Indication-Related Perspectives on Intermittent Hypoxia Training (IHHT/IHT)
This approximately three-hour online module provides in-depth insights into scientific findings and discussion points regarding Intermittent Hypoxia-Hyperoxia Therapy (IHHT) and Intermittent Hypoxia Training (IHT). Selected examples from research and practice are presented to illustrate potential areas of application.
The focus is on scientifically documented case examples and study data in areas such as neurodegenerative conditions, post-COVID syndrome, coronary heart disease, metabolic syndrome, pregnancy, and lung diseases. In addition, complementary factors reported in studies to be associated with enhanced hypoxic effects are discussed.
Admission Requirements:
No prerequisites.
Module Content:
Overview of studies on IHHT/IHT in the context of neurodegenerative conditions
Overview of research approaches to post-COVID
Evidence from studies on IHHT/IHT and cardiovascular issues
Research examples on metabolic syndrome
Studies on fertility and pregnancy
Studies on lung diseases
Overview of complementary factors investigated in studies (e.g., nutrition, breathing techniques, fasting)

Includes free access to the HCC Academy monthly “Expert & User Workshop”
This monthly ZOOM session offers an open space for exchange, questions, and experience-sharing related to intermittent hypoxia training, photobiomodulation, CO₂ applications, and other health-related approaches.
The workshop is held in collaboration with Dr. Egor Egorov, MD – on the last Monday of each month.
What to expect:
- Direct dialogue with Dr. Egorov, MD on individual questions, experiences, and insights
- Input from current developments in practice, research, and applied knowledge
- Opportunity to connect with other participants
