In this compact two-hour online module, Dr. Egor Egorov, MD presents current scientific publications and studies investigating metabolic risk factors related to the development of neurodegenerative diseases. Based on these findings, possible connections between intermittent hypoxia-hyperoxia training (IHHT/IHT) and the modulation of such factors are discussed.

The module provides deeper insights into biological mechanisms described in research literature in the context of potential neuroprotective effects of hypoxic stimuli. In addition, complementary approaches examined in studies are addressed.
