This online module is designed for individuals who own or plan to use an IHHT or IHT device at home, or who want to learn more about this innovative method.
Its goal is to provide a solid understanding of the theoretical and biological principles of Intermittent Hypoxia Training — supporting informed, safe, and conscious use in a private setting.
This module clearly explains:
The functional principles of Intermittent Hypoxia-Hyperoxia Training (IHHT/IHT)
The physiological processes associated with hypoxia stimulation, based on current scientific research
The latest studies on topics such as regeneration, energy metabolism, performance, and overall well-being
⚠️ Note: This module does not provide hands-on training or device setup instructions. Instead, it focuses on knowledge transfer and education regarding the scientific background, possible risks, and recommendations for application.

This monthly ZOOM session offers an open space for exchange, questions, and experience-sharing related to intermittent hypoxia training, photobiomodulation, CO₂ applications, and other health-related approaches.
The workshop is held in collaboration with Dr. Egor Egorov – on the last Monday of each month.
